Killing Season was based on the Script Pipeline contest-winning screenplay “Shrapnel” by Evan Daugherty. Script Pipeline introduced Evan to Jake in 2008, and he has since gone on to write the studio hits “Snow White and the Huntsman,” “Divergent,” and “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles,” with numerous other projects in development at studios and TV networks.
