Released in March 2014, the Summit Entertainment film stars Shailene Woodley and Academy Award-winner Kate Winslet. Co-written by Script Pipeline Screenwriting Contest winner Evan Daugherty and novelist Veronica Roth, based on Roth’s hit young adult novel. A sequel is currently in the works.
Evan was later brought on to major studio projects, including Esmeralda for ABC, GI Joe 3 for Paramount, Myst for Hulu, and the Tomb Raider reboot.
