
Quinn Spicker is a film writer who grew up in Vancouver, Canada. After an 8-year journey as a tech startup founder, his company was acquired in 2023, granting him the freedom to pursue full-time his lifelong dream of professional screenwriting. Quinn is a fellow of the American Film Institute Screenwriting Conservatory, class of 2026.
His written work has received various accolades including receiving a 9 on the BLCKLIST, being a Tracking Board LaunchPad Competition Finalist, a winner of the Big Apple Screenplay Competition, a semi-finalist in the Finish Line Script Competition, and a quarter-finalist in the Slamdance Screenplay Competition and Script Pipeline Competition, among others.
He loves in particular to write highly-researched thrillers and grounded speculative sci-fi.
