
Quinn Spicker is an award winning film writer from Vancouver, Canada. He is an AFI Conservatory Fellow, class of 2026.
In 2025, he was a Sloan Screenwriting Prize recipient as well as the Shore Scripts Feature Script Grand Prize Winner. His scripts have placed semi-finalist or higher in competitions including the Austin Film Festival, Tracking Board's LaunchPad Competition, the PAGE Awards and more.
Before becoming a full-time writer, he worked in the startup world for over a decade, co-founding a technology company which hit #366 on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America.
Quinn is especially interested in writing grounded sci-fi, thriller and horror films which explore the human-level impact of new technologies. He is a client of Bellevue Productions.
Fun Fact: As a result of a friendly wager taken entirely too far, Quinn is also the proud holder of a juggling-related Guinness World Record.
