Calendar

This calendar displays upcoming Symposium sessions, contest submission deadlines / winner announcements, and important dates for other Pipeline (or Pipeline-supported) events, both live and virtual.

Subscribe to the Pipeline calendar to have all our events and deadlines automatically delivered to your preferred calendar app. Once subscribed, you'll receive real-time updates whenever new events are added or schedules change. This calendar integrates seamlessly with your existing schedule on any device.

Apple iPhone/iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Scroll down and tap "Calendar"
  3. Tap "Accounts" then "Add Account"
  4. Select "Other" then "Add Subscribed Calendar"
  5. Enter the calendar URL and tap "Next"
  6. Tap "Save"

Apple Mac (macOS)

  1. Open the Calendar app
  2. Go to File > New Calendar Subscription
  3. Enter the calendar URL and click "Subscribe"
  4. Choose your preferred update frequency and click "OK"

Google Calendar (Web)

  1. Open Google Calendar in your browser
  2. Click the "+" next to "Other calendars" on the left sidebar
  3. Select "From URL"
  4. Paste the calendar URL and click "Add calendar"

Google Calendar (Android)

  1. Open Google Calendar in a web browser (subscription must be added via web)
  2. Follow the steps above for Google Calendar Web
  3. The calendar will automatically sync to your Android device

Microsoft Outlook (Windows/Mac)

  1. Open Outlook and go to your Calendar view
  2. Right-click "My Calendars" and select "Add Calendar" > "From Internet"
  3. Paste the calendar URL and click "OK"

Outlook.com (Web)

  1. Go to Outlook.com and open Calendar
  2. Click "Add calendar" in the left sidebar
  3. Select "Subscribe from web"
  4. Paste the calendar URL and click "Import"
