Logan Polish

Waiting...

2025 First Look Project - Winner (TV (Half-hour))

Logan Polish made her film debut at the age of four, playing the daughter of Billy Bob Thornton and Virginia Madsen in The Astronaut Farmer. From a young age, she was drawn to storytelling, but it was being exposed to Christopher Nolan’s Inception at the age of eleven that truly sealed the deal. Logan quickly became engulfed by the world of science fiction and has been enthusiastically spiraling into it ever since. From that point on, she committed herself to acting while also pursuing her passions for writing and directing.

In 2019, Logan wrote, directed, and starred in her directorial debut, Margot, a sci-fi short film set in the near future featuring Colin Ford, Jack Kilmer, and Jackson Pace. Margot went on to win Best Emerging Filmmaker at The Tallgrass Film Festival. In 2022, Logan wrote and directed Ha! Ha!, a film noir–inspired short film starring herself and Cole Doman, which was selected for The Bowery Film Festival.

Most recently, Logan starred in the Apple TV+ series The Mosquito Coast as Dina, the level-headed teenage daughter who is reluctantly swept into adventure and international intrigue by her parents, portrayed by Melissa George and Justin Theroux.

When she’s not auditioning, writing, or obsessing over the mechanics of time travel, Logan can usually be found rewatching The X-Files for the fiftieth time.
