Jeff McQuitty, Jon Michael Simpson, and C. Bailey Werner (collectively known as The Cuddle Squad) are writers, filmmakers, and performers based in Austin, TX. After meeting at film school at the University of Texas, they joined forces as a comedy and filmmaking team. After over a decade, their work has spanned across film, television, documentary, and commercial production. Their feature films include A Perfect Host, The One You're With, The Tiny Life of Butcher Duke, and The Get Together. Their documentary Hi I'm Blake was acquired by Magnolia Network and developed into an Emmy-nominated series. They also created the home renovation series Van Go, also for Magnolia. In the commercial space, they’ve directed work for brands including Coca-Cola, LEGO, Ciroc, and Austin FC. As a comedy trio, they continue to produce sketch content and perform live throughout Austin.
