Neil Patrick Stevens is a writer and director whose fascination with storytelling began with an early obsession with the films of John Carpenter and the classic TV series The Twilight Zone. As a child, he and his friends would camp out in Salem, MA, spinning ghost stories rooted in the area's rich lore. These formative experiences ignited a passion for horror that would later shape his filmmaking career.

One of his early shorts, Peek a Boo, was a finalist in the My Annabelle Creation contest and received a personal shout-out from Lights Out director David F. Sandberg. Building on this momentum, Neil created The Monster, which won The Film Empire's Horror Mentorship Contest, earning him guidance from Monkeypaw Productions. His last short film, Face Your Fears, wrapped an impressive festival circuit, winning numerous accolades, including the Grand Jury Prize at Salem Horror Fest.
